Eligibility
This offer is available to new customers only. A new customer is defined as an individual or business that has not previously booked or paid for services with Textured.
Discount Application
The 20% discount applies strictly to labour and travel costs.
Materials, specialist finishes, samples, access equipment, and any third-party services are excluded.
Geographic Scope
This promotion applies only to projects located within the areas listed below this page. Projects outside these locations are not eligible.
Booking Deadline
To qualify, bookings must be confirmed on or before 1 March 2026. A booking is considered confirmed once written acceptance of the quote has been received and any required deposit has been paid.
Scope of Works
The discount applies only to the original scope of works agreed at the time of booking. Any variations, additions, or changes requested after confirmation will be charged at standard rates and will not be discounted.
Non-Transferable
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
No Combination with Other Offers
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless agreed in writing by Textured.
Right to Amend or Withdraw
Textured reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. This will not affect bookings already confirmed under the offer.
Availability and Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability. Project start dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
General
By proceeding with a booking under this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, alongside Textured’s standard terms of service.

Homeowners
This offer is ideal for homeowners planning feature walls, single-room projects, or whole-home refurbishments.
Applies to residential properties within eligible locations
Discount applies to labour and travel only
Suitable for one-off or phased home projects
Any post-booking changes to scope are charged at standard rates
Bookings must be confirmed by 1 February 2026 to secure the discounted rate.
Developers and Larger Projects
For developers, landlords, and commercial clients, the offer may apply to larger, multi-room, or multi-unit projects, subject to assessment.
Discount applies only to the agreed labour and travel costs within the original quoted scope
Materials, specialist finishes, access equipment, and third-party services are excluded
Phased developments or multi-unit schemes are assessed and applied per phase or per plot
Variations or scope changes are charged at standard rates
For larger projects, the application of the offer will be confirmed in writing at quotation stage. Textured reserves the right to limit or withdraw the offer where project scale, timelines, or commercial terms materially change.
